7th February. Wine tasting

I woke up with sun... It obviously made me smile and brought me a feeling of inner harmony.

But the day starting from the afternoon circulated around the wine tasting at Anders' parents place. His dad is producing wine and beer... And he had lots of different wines from different countries who should be tasted...

Anyway, I had to brought something edible, so I made a mushroom with carrots and paprica pie. There are added smashed potatoes and spices for dough. It collapsed, I forgot cheese, but ok, tasted good :)

And wines and food. I didn't take almost any photo, because noone did and I somehow felt it unappropriate. But anyway, food was amazing, wine was amazing. I lost my count how much did I taste :D and there were some really pleasant and enjoyable talks.

This was directly from cellars.

This is just so delicious. Strong Australian wine. If I say strong, I really mean it. Mature wine. 

And I got my own bottle when I left. It's his father's produced. One of the first ones. From 2006 :)
