Life. (15.09.2014)

Water is life. Movement is life. Water is basics. Movement is basics. So simple. But as we both know, basics usually are forgotten.
I forgot to drink enough water during the weekend. I forgot to move enough during the weekend. 
I felt really bad this morning. One of those "grey" days, as I call them. So I came home and forced myself to eat fresh salads, drink water and move my body.
Returning to basics --> feeling more "green"/ "colourful" :D
